Established January 2, 1818 Parent County = St. Clair County, Illinois Washington County was formed including what is now Clinton County December 28, 1824 Clinton County was seperated, leaving Washington County as it is now County Seat = Nashville Latitude = 36º 58' N to 42º 30' N Longitude = 87º 30' W to 91º 30' W
